๐Ÿ’ณ How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription directly from the platform where you signed up: - iOS / Apple: Go to Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Konverzo - Android / Google Play: Open Play Store โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Konverzo - Web: Go to Your Account โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Manage Plan You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

๐Ÿ” Will I lose my progress if I cancel?

Nope. Your conversation history, role-play sessions, and instructor feedback are saved securely. If you return later, your progress will be right where you left off.

๐Ÿ“ฒ Can I use Konverzo on multiple devices?

Yes. You can sign in on any combination of devices โ€” phone, tablet, or computer โ€” using the same account. Your progress syncs automatically across platforms. Tip: Use your phone for daily practice and desktop for role-play reviews!

๐ŸŽฅ Are my sessions recorded?

Yes, but only for your benefit. All dialogue sessions and role-plays are recorded so you can replay them. Your instructor can access the recordings to give tailored feedback โ€” but no one else has access. You can delete any session at any time via My Sessions.

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ป I can't hear or speak in a session. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1. Check your microphone and speaker permissions. 2. Make sure no Bluetooth devices are interfering. 3. Refresh the app or page. 4. Test audio in your device settings. 5. Try switching browsers (Chrome and Safari work best). Still stuck? Contact Support โ€” we're happy to help.

๐ŸŒ Does Konverzo work offline?

Currently, live sessions require an internet connection. We're working on an offline mode for guided dialogues, coming soon!

๐Ÿงพ Where can I get an invoice or receipt?

Receipts are sent via email automatically after each payment. You can also download invoices from Your Account โ†’ Billing.

๐Ÿšซ I'm hearing weird echo / lag โ€” what's going on?

This can happen due to: - Slow internet connection - Using a speaker instead of headphones - Running multiple voice apps in the background Try switching to headphones and closing background apps. Still having issues? Contact Support.

We take your privacy seriously. All conversations, recordings, and personal info are encrypted and stored securely. We are compliant with: - GDPR (EU) - CCPA (California) - Industry-standard encryption protocols You can request data deletion at any time from Privacy Settings.
